i ABSOLUTELY loved this stay. The three bedroom suite had a well-equipped kitchen. The suite includes a washing machine with a dryer which i enjoyed.

I would say that, unfortunately, the lighting in the suites is not enough. Many lights were out in my room, bad.

the staff was friendly enough.

The room i got wasn't great. It was pretty noisy. i could hear everything happening in the hallway. also, the tv in the room was quite small, disappointing.

urine stain dirty carpet

The location was acceptable, especially its proximity to the gondola. It offered convenient access to the mountain (though I visited off-season).

The hotel showed signs of needing maintenance. I found dried urine on the toilet lid. There was a piece of chocolate on the carpet (it made me question overall cleanliness).

The unit included a well-equipped kitchen. It contained all necessary appliances for meal preparation. A large deck adjoined the suite and offered outside seating. I also found laundry facilities useful.

Parking required walking between buildings.
