Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke Mountain Resort, Revelstoke

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the resort. The convenience of ski in and out directly from the hotel made our skiing adventures so much easier. After a long day on the slopes, we loved soaking in the outdoor hot tubs, which were a wonderful way to relax. The staff, especially Ryan the concierge, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed. However, we did have a minor hiccup with the early checkout notice, which was a bit early for us.

I stayed at this property for three nights with my family, and while the views of the mountains were absolutely stunning, there were a few issues we ran into. The two-bedroom suite was a bit cramped, and the shower was a little too small for comfort, but the kitchen was well-stocked and the staff was friendly. The parking situation was odd, with work trucks taking up multiple spaces, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a good value for the location and amenities offered.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which boasted a wonderful location right by the gondola. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. The service was fantastic, making the whole experience truly enjoyable. However, I did feel a bit disconnected between the buildings since there weren't clear signs. Overall, it was an excellent experience with great value for money!

However, the dining options were a bit limited, and I wish there were more available at the hotel. The location was perfect for accessing outdoor activities, but there were some challenges with road closures that could have been better handled by the staff.
